Artists in Collection
This field allows a search for art objects produced by a
particular artist or maker that are currently or were previously in the
collection of a house. Thus, you can search for "Gainsborough" or
"Wedgwood" and the search engine will return houses where pieces by these
artists were, or are, in the collection of the house.
If you know of a significant collection of art that is currently at a
house, or was part of a house's collection in the past, drop us an email
